A Bristol Spring rhythm · open to all

Springboards.

A cross between a small group and a board meeting. Five or six Bristol founders who meet each month, give each other half an hour of undivided attention, and send one another back out with a bit more wisdom, courage and prayer than they came with.

How a Springboard works

A circle of trust.

01

Five or six, no more

Small enough that nobody hides and everybody's known. A standing group that meets monthly, so trust compounds.

02

Half an hour each, undivided

Every member gets the floor — their challenge, the group's full attention, real advice and prayer. Then it's the next person's turn.

03

Bring the real thing

Cash flow, a tricky client, a hire you're dreading, work–life balance, a wobble of faith. The board-room you wish you had, without the suits.

Why they exist

So many founders are quietly lonely.

You can be surrounded by people and still carry the big decisions alone. Springboards take the extraordinary expertise that's already in the community and aim it, generously, at one person at a time — harnessing wisdom that would otherwise stay locked in separate heads.

They're named for what they do: you arrive with a weight, and the group gives you a push. No fee, no consultancy, no catch — just friends who've been in the arena, taking an interest in your whole life, not only your business.

Out of friendship, pastoral care is met.
