Bristol Spring runs on goodwill, so the terms are short. Five sections, no surprises.
Bristol Spring is a community project operated by Spring Incubator Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 08582887, registered office: 44 West Broadway, Bristol BS9 4TB). When these terms say “we”, that's who is legally responsible. When the site says “Bristol Spring”, that's the project and the people — the brand, not a separate company.
Everything here is free. There's no paid tier, no renewal, nothing to cancel. Because it's a goodwill project, the site, the tools and the member area are provided as they are — we work hard to keep them accurate and running, but we can't promise they always will be, and we may change, pause, or close any part of Bristol Spring (or the project as a whole) at any time.
Listings — grants, events, spaces, mentors — are signposts gathered in good faith, not advice. Check the source before you act on anything; we don't give financial, legal, or professional advice through this site.
The member area runs on trust: what members share there stays there. Be kind, be honest, don't use the directory for cold selling or scraping, and don't post anything unlawful or unkind. We may remove content or membership where that trust is broken — gently where possible, firmly where needed.
What you post remains yours. By posting it you give us the permission we need to show it to the members you chose to show it to — nothing more.
Events are organised in good faith; you attend at your own judgement, and anything you arrange with another member (work, investment, advice, a favour) is between the two of you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Spring Incubator Limited isn't liable for losses arising from using (or being unable to use) the site, its tools, or the community — including things members say or do, third-party listings, or interruptions to a free service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so plainly — on this page and, for members, by email. Last updated 6 June 2026.
