Tobacco Factory.

offices for creative businesses

Tobacco Factory is an office building in Southville, Bristol. They publish rates for part of what they offer, but no headline desk price. South Bristol founders who want their office inside a landmark, not a business park.

George Ferguson's great south-Bristol rescue — a working theatre, café-bar, bakery, Sunday market and performing arts school, with offices for creative businesses in the same building. It hums seven days a week, and BS3's coffee, lunch and after-work options are all in the postcode.

We previously listed studios here. Their site describes offices for creative businesses; The Studio is a bookable event room, not a studio tenancy.

Not for

Anyone who needs to compare offices before they enquire. The room-hire rates are published; the office side is not — no rate, no unit size, no availability, no access hours — so it starts with an email to Tim.
