Who it is for: The workspace is designed for the voluntary, community and social-enterprise sector rather than commercial startups.
The centre says it is home to 25 resident organisations; their own tenant list names around 21, so treat 25 as their figure rather than a count we have verified.
Meeting-room rates are published in full and bookable by anyone; workspace rates are not published. Room bookings can be cancelled with a full refund on 48 hours' notice.

Buses 47 and 47X, the latter an express via the M32, stop directly outside the front gates. Five minutes by bike from the Bristol to Bath cycle path, with racks at the front and in the car park, and a five-minute walk from Oldbury Court Estate. Ample parking, outside the Clean Air Zone.
Access: One of the earliest purpose-built accessible workspaces in the UK: single storey, wide corridors, adapted facilities throughout, hearing loops, disabled WCs with a hoist, and a Changing Places toilet between Spurs 10 and 12.
