Bristol's barrier-free home for charities and social enterprises — an accessible single-storey Fishponds campus built on the idea that good work deserves a good building, with a Changing Places toilet, hearing loops, free parking outside the Clean Air Zone and a café run by PROPS. Meeting-room rates are published in full and bookable by anyone; workspace rates are not published. Room bookings can be cancelled with a full refund on 48 hours' notice.

Buses 47 and 47X, the latter an express via the M32, stop directly outside the front gates. Five minutes by bike from the Bristol to Bath cycle path, with racks at the front and in the car park, and a five-minute walk from Oldbury Court Estate. Ample free parking, outside the Clean Air Zone.
Access: One of the earliest purpose-built barrier-free workspaces in the UK: single storey, wide corridors, adapted facilities throughout, hearing loops, disabled WCs with a hoist, and a Changing Places toilet between Spurs 10 and 12.

No. Their published access is: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, except bank holidays. It suits a working-hours routine rather than late nights and weekends.
