CREATE Centre is a community workspace in Spike Island / Cumberland Basin, Bristol. It starts at £132 a month for a single desk, or £421.88 a month for a bay of four to five desks. Environmental and social-purpose organisations who want neighbours in the same fight.

The council-run sustainability centre in the great B Bond tobacco warehouse by the Cumberland Basin — affordable, all-inclusive desks surrounded by environmental charities, campaigners and green businesses, with an ecohome, a café and a ferry stop at the door. Unfashionably good value.

What's included

Best for

Environmental and social-purpose organisations who want neighbours in the same fight.

Not for

Most startups, and that is not a criticism: the workspace is offered to charities and organisations with environmental and social aims, so a general commercial founder is not the intended tenant.
