Emersons Green · Bristol

Bristol & Bath Science Park.

serviced offices from £325 + VAT / desk

Bristol & Bath Science Park is an office building in Emersons Green, Bristol. It starts at £325 + VAT per desk a month. Science and engineering teams north-east of town who drive to work.

The out-of-town option — a purpose-built science and tech campus at Emersons Green with serviced offices sized for three to ten people, grow-on labs, a 140-seat Forum and parking the city centre can only dream of. If your customers and team live along the ring road, the maths beats a central desk.

We previously described this as coworking from £100 a month. That figure is the virtual tenancy, and they publish no coworking product — corrected August 2026.

What it costs

  • Serviced office in the Innovation Centre: from £325 + VAT per desk a month, for teams of 3–10
  • Virtual tenancy: from £100 + VAT a month — registered address, wifi, use of the Forum and tenant mezzanine, 30% off meeting rooms
  • Grow On Centre offices and laboratories: rates on enquiry

Both published figures exclude VAT, and the £325 is per desk per month — a three-person office therefore starts near £975 + VAT. The £100 virtual tenancy is an address-and-membership product, not a desk. No meeting-room tariff is published.
