Twenty minutes' walk from Bedminster station and thirty from Temple Meads, with the M2 bus from Redcliff Hill, Temple Meads, Cabot Circus and Broadmead. Cycle stands outside, harbour ferries nearby, no on-site parking, and the site is inside the Clean Air Zone with a bus gate on Cumberland Road.

Access: Lift access to the first and mezzanine floors, accessible WCs on the ground and mezzanine floors, and a step-free main entrance reached by a slight ramped incline with no handrails. Three blue-badge bays sit directly outside, with dropped kerbs.
